Best veggie burrito bowl and always consistent. Can’t believe it took me so many years to figure out how delicious this place was! This is by far our favorite location around, it’s always clean the staff are quick and kind and it’s never as packed as many of the other locations.

Lettuce was rotten and dirty. Found a live little green bug in my guacamole. Told the counter person who told the manager and her response was that’s impossible. Don’t eat here. Than on top of it you have an employee with a bloody nose handling food with no gloves

I just don’t see how they can be serious about this presentation of their tacos. I ordered this for lunch today and I am looking at it in disgust wondering if I would be better off not trying it at all. Very unprofessional and lacking in pride and presentation at the very least. would be nice to have a container or plate or something, but the tacos are literally wrapped in tin foil thrown in a brown bag. Nothing good about this location. Absolutely disgusting. Garbage piled up, dirty tables, filthy floor. Staff standing around doing nothing. They were out of fajita veggies, salad dressing and forks. And to top it all off, there was a hair in my bowl. Would not recommend to friends.

I gave it a 2 b/c I like the food and quality, but tried to order online and accidentally forgot to add the time… so it defaulted to now! Party in 3 hours… so I have to keep the food warm and hope it’s still ok… nothing is defaulted to , you have to choose everything BUT THE TIME!! Then I tried to change, cancel, or call the restaurant to update them.. but there is no way to do that. Big design flaw. Forcing a customer to ‘just take it’ is no way to run a business!

It may be time to publicly address what may be going on at this location. The inside of this restaurant is far below standard and going off of precious’s reviews I see no response from the establishment. Pictured here is a to go order I picked up stressing no sour cream… well I guess it was overlooked? Or perhaps someone really wanted me to get sick. Either way this location really needs help inside and out, I hope ownership does something soon.
