Figured we would give the pizza factory a chance again but after last night never again. Went there an ordered food also used a coupon we got at the bass derby that they had no clue what it was so that a a fault of their superiors for not reiterating what they are offering for promotions during bass derby. Well after waiting almost a hour we ask where our food is since i seen someone come in and order an got there food an left an we still didn’t get our order. Well THEY FORGOT MAKE IT!!!! But then proceeded to tell us that “we can have the one that someone didn’t pick up since it was also a supreme” Well as you can see in the pictured that pizza was undercooked raw toppings and the other was burnt. Pretty sad but like many others that live here I CANT WAIT FOR PIZZA A GO GO. (Also want to note that there wasn’t anyone really in there so it wasn’t packed) also broadcasting that they are veteran owed yet have 0 things for veterans lol an if its owned by a veteran it’s embarrassing because they obviously aren’t inspecting what they are expecting.. maybe needs to be retrained.

walked in and started to order when my husband asked if there was new ownership yet. The man at the register responded yes for 10 moths now and that there was also new employees. My husband told him we were waiting for new management and new ownership because the were many problems before and that we weren’t coming in for pizza because of that. The man at the register said well, then you shouldn’t come here at all and gave us back our credit card. I was shocked!!! I told my husband lets go. The man at the register said, ” well that’s sad your just going to walk away , I responded , ” you told us to leave. I will never not ever go back there again This place is still a mess with the rudest people working there. This all happened while there was no one even in the pizza place so why would you tell customers to get out? I believe this was the manager that did this to us. PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND PEOPLE TO WORK THERE WHO ARE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

I ordered 1 pizza w/cauliflower crust & 1 regular n we received both 45 minutes late n over cooked. When I called to ask where my order is he just said its on the way, no apology at all. Had no idea of new mgmt since we rarely order there n will not in the future.

It’s ok. The best pizza in town. The only pizza in town. Their version of a thick looks like a thin. Pizza should be cooked a little longer. A bit doughy. Also sauce is ok just need a bit more. When I don’t feel like leaving town this will do. Just felt like it was rushed.

Review Edit: I have never been treated like the way I was treated. Let’s just say I know my pizzas and restaurants. I respect them. I used to work in them, hand tossing 26″ pizzas. I will give an establishment the benefit of the doubt 3 times. Instead of asking me what they could do to make my order correct? They proceeded to make up excuses of why they yet again messed up my order. Stated that they forgot. Fine. If it happens a third time? I’m out. No she had to try and lay into me. Saying that other customers were waiting and she was backed up. It was 3:30 with 1 person waiting at the counter on a Wednesday. When an employee states to the customer the time of 20 minutes and you arrive in 30 minutes and your order still isn’t ready? Pizza Factory should pull thier name off this establishment. They have failed in multiple areas PERIOD.

Well I waited around 45 minutes for my food and was contemplating walking out at the house mark. I can be patient even if they make these things from scratch I don’t see why it should take this long for a simple large pepperoni. The pizza itself was good, robust flavor, decent amount of grease. Friendly staff from my experience it just takes forever.

I’m giving this rating solely on customer service . My family and I arrived hungry after a long trip , and before heading home we thought let’s grab a slice. We got into the establishment and it was pretty empty inside. The cashier working ignored us for the first 5 minutes without greeting or acknowledging us. We stood there looking at the menu and decided what we wanted. We waited another 5 minutes just to continue to be ignored! We ended up saying hi to her first & let her know we are ready to order. Thats when she brushed us off and went to a table to ignore us for another 5 minutes . When the lady finally acknowledged us she rudely said whatever you want to order it’s going to be 45 minutes so you choose and walked away . We didn’t even get a chance to out an order or let her know what we were choosing to do, but at that point it was clear to my family and I that we were not wanted in this establishment.

Customer service is terrible. Called in order for pick up. Pizza Factory said “20 minutes”. Arrived for pick up 20 minutes later, only to be told another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they said another 10 minutes. Pizza took 50 minutes total. When asked why it’s taking so long, “the manager” said we can leave. The nerve of this ungrateful person. So, that’s exactly what we did. Never go to Pizza Factory. Run by clowns who know nothing about customer service.
