The coffee is always brewed, and the treats are sweet, but this location continually has poor customer service. Last time I came by, the app had refreshed, and I didn’t know where anything was, even to make a payment, and the lady at the counter told me it was my problem, not hers. I finally use my debit card and went on. This time, the lady at the cash register was being friendly and attentive, but when I ask for a glass of ice water for my five year old, who didn’t want coffee or another drink, she, and the other lady working the food line told me it was impossible and that they don’t have water with ice. Thankfully, the manager was there and told him it was fine, he charge me a dollar which is fine but a little strange. I’m also super disappointed how disgusting the bathroom is. It looks like it hasn’t had attention in quite some time. My five-year-old needed to go to the bathroom and I was afraid for her to touch anything once we entered.

I driven by this place many times for over a year never been into this particular Duncan’s my first experience in that a plus number one top excellent service.the food is excellent the coffee is excellent everything was excellent the service everything I just hadn’t been there yet this was my first time and I would definitely highly recommend them and go back,AAAA++++ PS; every time I go to a Duncan’s sometimes it’s burnt coffee or they put too much ice or they haven’t attitude or something this place not at all very kind very friendly they’re busy but they are like right on top of everything excellent excellent excellent excellent I highly recommend them I wish they were close to my house. unfortunately not close to me because they’re in Burlington but I go that way all the time during the week so it is convenient absolutely I can’t say enough about them my coffee was perfect my sandwich was perfect the donuts was perfect.awesome job guys congratulations you are the number one top dunkins I’ve ever been to and in my 52 years I’ve been to a lot this one is number one in my book!!!! forgot to mention this side note they do not have a drive-thru but that is okay I don’t mind doing over the app and walking in and it’s ready to go and you don’t have to wait in line they have it off to the side it’s right there you just look for your order and leave.that works for me especially for my morning Rush!!

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Twice I’ve order ahead (1 iced coffee) and owner hates mobile orders. Literally will not fill them up until you’re there. And then walk ins get priority. I had to wait over 20 mins in the store for my online order which I placed 10 mins before I arrived.

It gets pretty busy around here in the morning. I would not recommend picking up from here though. There is a old lady that rages at people at the pickup station for not saying hi or tipping her. Complete entitlement mentality. When i use to work at Dunkins as a teen at $8 an hour, i never even complained when i didnt get tips. As a frequent customer, i will not be visiting again. I would NOT RECOMMEND

Extremely rude manager. I ordered an iced coffee which was not called out properly and given to another patron. After waiting patiently for roughly 10 min and seeing newer customers get their orders before mine, I informed the manager that I think someone took my order. She stated that “next time I should fight for my coffee”. In all my times going to DD, I have never met someone as rude as her. Not coming back to this location anytime soon.

It is a Dunkin’s. They seem to have much better donuts than many of the other dunks in the area. Staff is usually pretty friendly. They do have a bad habit of putting the Boston cream in the bag upside down. It is small with only a couple of seats. It always seems busy. The place usually looks clean.
