Almost $4.00 for a strawberry banana smoothie. When I received it looks like someone already drank some. I asked the lady at the window where is the rest of it? She said this is a medium. I said I know what I ordered, but this is almost 1/4 empty, for $4, that is a rip off! This is the only thing I order, and I have never received it like this! Always filled to the top……and all you could do was grin at me.

Ordering was quick and efficient and the associates I interacted with were pleasant and professional. The dining room provided a pleasant and clean environment. My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted all right, but the buns were a little hard and dry.

Well first they charged me for someone else’s meal. The other issue is I ordered a large of one meal and they gave me a medium then I ordered a medium of the 2 cheeseburger meal but they charged me for each individual item instead of the meal and it was a double cheeseburger instead of the 2 cheeseburgers that I ordered. To top it off when my order was taken the guy was eating while talking to me. I work in the service industry. And this was embarrassing. If you can’t handle two separate lines close one. When I asked about my large drink instead of the medium I got she said “you paid for medium” instead of trying to help at all. Not coming here again.

Stopped today for a quick bite with the wife & kid and the burger my wife received was partially cooked. One look at you could tell it was raw still, but these geniuses decided it was safe to serve. We go back thru the drive thru, advise them the food is raw, and the person on the speaker asks what kind of burger I’d like. My answer…cooked! Finally get the cooked burger which they decided to mark as “well done” burnt is the word we’d use. My favorite part though was trying to hand the raw burger back to the employee to discard and he’s telling me I can keep & eat it. Three times I said it’s raw and trash please discard for us as we were in our car. He just nodded & said nothing. I was about 3 seconds from throwing it in at him when a young woman took it from me and I politely said “thank you”. Will not be going back to that location ever.
