I absolutely loved the dining experience at El Agave Mexican Restaurant. It took a little time to find it, however it was totally worth it. Great service, Great Value, and Fantastic Food. I will warn you. They have a sauce that is super hot. Lol. So hot it felt like all my taste buds were burnt off. Lol.

Absolutely wonderful place to eat! Excellent food, service and the management/staff are so friendly and accommodating. I understand they took over this restaurant about 6 months ago and have made extraordinary improvements! We drove from Rush Springs and it was well worth the drive. Judy and John Harrell.

Two things make or break a Mexican restaurant IMO. 1) the chips /salsa /cheese 2) rice and beans. Chips are trash, salsa is a 6.5 /10, beans are average, rice is really good.

I loved the Mexican pineapple! The others in my party enjoyed the food. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed. We still tipped him 100% of our tab. Or more. We had several people with several tabs. I’d definitely go back. The decor was amazing. And since I had gotten injured before going there they were very accommodating. And several people asked me if I was doing okay. That means a lot. They cared.

The interior has been redone and is very lively and colorful. The waite staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had the camarones Diabla and it was very good. Overall I would say that the restaurant is much improved from the previous owners. Better food and better atmosphere.
