They say they open at 4am, but I’ve shown up more than once at this time to pickup mobile orders to find all the lights off. They employees (all 2 of them) are nice, it isn’t their fault they are understaffed. Though they also never make my latte correctly so I end up feeling like I wasted my money even if I’m able to get my order. It seems like poor management. I feel bad for the employees but am sick of wasting time and money…. ALSO, THEY DO NOT MAKE LATTES JUST MILK OVER ICE.

This is the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter the amount of people or the time, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Even if you order a simple coffee and you’re the only one in line, you’ll be waiting for 10 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Instead of being able to stop on my way to work, I have to go out of my way or not stop at all because this place is so unreliable.

Not only are you kept waiting at the drive-through speaker without so much as a, “Sorry for the wait, we’ll be right with you,” but the employees consistently screw up orders. There hasn’t been a single time I’ve gone to this specific location and not had to have them correct my food or drink.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for because Greg, one of the owners, storms in and begins shouting in people’s faces. He obviously exploits the power he has. I’ve been working there for a year now. He rants at one of my previous employees, telling him he’s useless, and that the only reason he’s there is because they don’t have anyone else to work there before he jumps in my former coworker’s face. There has only been a depressing work environment during my time there.I simply kept going because I actually love my coworkers.

Got 3 drinks, 2 were perfect but the 3rd was supposed to be a small nitro cold brew with cold foam. They gave me regular hot coffee in an iced cup with no ice and no cold foam. They gave me the opposite of what I asked for. It felt like a joke.
