Got the chicken gyro and it was fantastic. Love their tziki sauce. Also got the baba ganoush which was not my favorite. The chicken wrap more than made up for it, however. Would definitely come back to this place and try other things. Love the variety in this lil food cart area!

The gyro combo is delicious. It comes with a salad(or fries) and a sparkling water or soda. The lamb was perfectly tasty and juicy, the pita was grilled. Simply amazing.

Ate here for the first time today, and hands down some the best Mediterranean food I’ve had. I was greeted by 2 lovely women that made my experience very delightful. I ended up getting the Mediterranean plate, with Lamb,rice, taziki sauce, and pita bread, and legit everything was perfect some of the best lamb I’ve ever had. My only knock is they don’t have a plain garlic sauce, they had a spicy one which is ok but it taste more like a Mayo based aioli. All in all great food, great service, and great scenery definitely worth a try!

Aybla has started selling burgers under the food cart name Burger Fresh. And it was delicious. My only complaint is that on Grub Hub or on google, burgers aren’t on their menu. And everyone should know that they are there and are amazing!

Gyros are good, and they have some decent gyros. Not anything too impressive in my opinion, but will satisfy a craving. It was fast which was super nice, but the meat was a wee bit colder then I would prefer. Overall, not bad.

I went on a slow Wednesday afternoon when about 1/3rd of the carts were closed. I’m so glad Aybla was open! The very kind gentleman who took my order had it ready in just a few minutes. I had a super lamb gyro, some hummus and falafel. The falafel was dark & crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. The gyro was large. Big chunks of lamb, tons of feta, and enough sauce to flavor it but not drip out everywhere. Delicious. I will definitely be back!

Me and my friend stopped by and had two gyros. They were great and well priced. Service was fast and friendly. Literally went back after grabbing a beer, and they were waiting for us. Tasted great and was very satisfied afterward; best gyro I’ve had in Oregon so far. I would recommend again, and will stopping by in the future. Only regret was not taking a cheeky food picture.
