Me and my gf ordered a pizza today and i can guarantee that the pizza we received was most definitely 1 day reheated pizza. We open the box when we got home and it was barely warm. I took a piece of it and it wouldnt even bend over, it stayed stiff just like day old/left overs would be like. Im extremely irritated because the staff cant even cook a fresh pizza.

Terrible service. Took over an hour to receive food after told it was ready. Could not get anyone to answer the phone. Finally someone answered and I heard a lot of yelling in the background and heard “that orders been ready for awhile” and then I was put on hold for 15 minutes no one came back on the line and then the call disconnected. Finally after 3 more calls I got ahold of the manager who said my food had been done and she would bring it out to me, which she did within a few moments, however, only a portion of my order was brought out. I went to go inside to get my food and the doors were locked to the building, I had to bang on the door to gain access. Asked for the remainder of my food and all food was cold. Finally left parking lot at 7:15pm.

Was given a credit for a pizza due to a previous incorrect order, then overcharged $15 from the cost of the exact order on the website causing my credit to be practically worthless! Brought it to staff’s attention and they confirmed the inflated cost was correct even though the website confirmed differently! Total shysters!! I will NEVER go there again!!

Normally, this Pizza Hut is average. Little better. But this time all I’m gonna recommend is that you? Check your order before you pay, and if it’s not done when you get there, find out exactly how long it’s going to be. I was given the wrong type of wings. My order was not even put in the fryer. Before I got there, it was just a mess..

Pizza Hut has gone down hill almost as awful as Domino’s. It’s was the best 20 years ago. You need to do a remake bring back the pizza and salad buffet and have a salad bar all the time.

I did not like the new Yorker pizza. Very little sauce on it and wat too much seasoning of whatever that is sprinkled over the top. Cheese was sparse too. Such a shame . 17 dollars wasted

The big new Yorker pizza was absolutely so disgusting that I had an immediate involuntary extremely strong spit response it was covered in way too many spices on top and after eating it gave my mom and me severe gastral problems after that.
