Food is usually tasty, but sometimes dried out by the time it’s delivered. This time though, I got an order of “10 Piece Boneless Wings” and only 3 of the ten were normal sized. Another 3 were small but still in a reasonable range. Then there were 4 the size of grapes (see photo, penny for size comparison). Also the sauce was barely drizzled on, nowhere near enough for all 20 pieces, tiny as more than half of them where. Definitely not fully coated like the menu pictured.

When I picked up the pizza, I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before I could get anyone to look at me. The pizza looked like store bought crust even though I ordered original, it was burnt to a crisp, and half the ingredients clearly were added after cooking. The toppings were cold and uncooked. After trying to get through a couple slices (could only eat part of each slice because it was burnt so bad), I moved the garlic sauce to see the banana peppers, and they look partially eaten! Absolutely disgusting, I feel sick that I even ate any of the pizza knowing someone took a bite and put it in my box. Never ever go to this location. I tried to file a complaint and get a refund but they wont answer their phones and the central website to submit a complain is down. 0/10 would not recommend.

I’ll never order from this place again order my food at 9:30 so it will be delivered between 1007 and 1017 I’m a pretty patient dude waited until about 1045. Call them sat on hold for 30 minutes went into the store waited in line to talk to a guy to see if they had my order because maybe they just don’t have any delivery guys walked up and apparently the cashier was upset that I approached with my hands on my hips and he started cussing at me and then eventually told me that he’s just gonna cancel my order. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with this location, but never this bad sometimes the foods late sometimes they forget drinks but I like Papa John’s so I usually just leave it alone but I don’t like being treated like that and I’ll never buy from that store again.

This man Kevin is an absolute unit. I called to ask if he could shape my pizza into a heart even though they weren’t doing the special anymore, and this man delivered with flying colors. 6/5 stars for the goat Kevin. Papa John himself should come and shake this guys hand.

Order from here once or twice a month. Prob one out of every 3 times o have to cal back and have them resend, but in my orders since I moved to this spot, this is the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever received. I just got it and not only is it cold, not lukewarm, just cold with hard cheese…. But they just threw the jalapeños on afterwards or something because you pick the pizza up and they all fall off.

Overpriced Digiorno’s. This was awful. Their tracker said they were ‘prepping’ the pizza for nearly 40 minutes. When it arrived, it was all slopped together, cold, and undercooked. It also arrived 20 minutes after the tail end of their estimated arrival. This location is trash.

Ordered pizza on saturday night and was really hungry and feeling nervous because of the bad reviews but they came through and made everything perfect. The delivery kept getting cancelled since they use doordash and I was paying cash. Those drivers get sketched but I finally got a driver who was chill af and they came through delivered it really fast and the food is still warm and fresh

So besides the obvious squishing, the cut I specified on the order was wrong and the single topping I picked was also wrong. I wanted to call the store to talk things out and was on hold for 30 minutes with no reply. Times are tough I get it but 30 minutes on hold is pretty inexcusable.
