This is a first for me reviewing fast food! I stopped by the Star McDonald’s for a quick breakfast and coffee. I was surprised how friendly the staff were. The cashier was super nice and professional. All three people I encountered were smiling and it was genuine. The service was fast and the food was fresh!

Ordered two cheeseburgers and…. well didn’t get the burgers. Just some cheese on the bun. Not sure how you manager to forget the burgers for the burger but somehow it happened. Also picked up a quarter pounder for my husband and there was a lot of pink inside still. Not really impressed.

Talk about a place that wants to disconnect from human socialization. I stood at the counter for 5 mins after 2 people looked at me before I had to go behind the cou ter to get help. Also if you want to disconnect your staff from customer interaction then this is not the store to take away the fountain drink machine from.

This McDonald’s is pretty good. I feel like if we were to ever customize an order though it probably wouldn’t go well. 100% of the time we don’t get the sauce we asked for for the nuggies, and about 60% of the time we don’t get straws. So I don’t think I’d risk ordering a sandwich without something on it because it will probably be incorrect. Still like this McDonald’s though

Friday night, 25 minutes to fill an order, understaffed and poor quality. Shift manager needs to be demoted or this branch closed. Gives McD a bad name. Food eventually came and edible…that is why 2 stars.

Walked in my buddy ordered the kid at the register looked at me and walked away for 5 minutes. While we were waiting with a line of people we heard the manager lady say 2 separate times “we’ll just let them walk out” and the other crew members were being rude to my buddy when he asked for creamer and sugar they were making rude comments about him and rude gestures.

I live right across the street so i have used this place on several ocasions since they opened . I know there is a learning curve so I have been giving them the benefit of a doubt, but they have been open long enough to where the new growing pains should be getting better. But not here.
