I used to love coming to this location. They had 2 nice gentleman who ran the drive thru window correctly. Whoever the lady is that works there is not good with customers or counting correct change after being over charged on my card, she wanted to hand me cash that was less than what I was charged. After showing her the math, she still assumed I was wrong. Being charged $35 then bringing the original total to $24, I was handed $8 cash back.

Great cheap mexican food! Maria is always so friendly and helps me practice my spanish. She always gives great service with a smile! They get my food out fast and I’m always able to spend less money here than other places. Even better when you go inside for the extra salsas, cremas, and toppings.

Placed a late night order of one entree and a breakfast burrito online through Google, was refused food because I did not use a food delivery app. They kept asking for my name and app. I showed them the email with my name that had the order and was still refused because I did not use an app. Calls to the manager for a refund have gone unaswered.

Normally I love this location and have never had any problems with food quality! Unfortunately this time I received a bad case of food poisoning from the adobada, and a STAPLE in my food. The food was nearly gone when I found the staple and makes me fear what else I could’ve ingested.

we waited in line from 8:11 to 8:55 for one burrito and didn’t even get the right flan. The burrito was $12.99 and it sucked. The paper they wrapped it in didn’t even cover the whole burrito so we got a partially opened burrito too. What really sucks is there was a good Mexican restaurant called Nicos right up the street that doesn’t seem to be open anymore

My husband ordered a burrito from the Cortaro location last month and received great food and customer service. Earlier this evening, we stopped by again to order a carne asada burrito and burrito bowl and we experienced terrible customer service. The cashier was busy flirting with the guys in the kitchen and sharing whatever was on her cell phone. She ignored us until we called her back. She then ignored the next customer that was waiting for napkins. Oncw we got our food, we asked for pico de gallo salsa and was told it would cost us extra because the pico de gallo was already inside the burrito. We thought we were lucky to have Filiberto’s on Cortaro but I would recommend going to a different Filiberto’s.

This location has a hard time listening. Repeat 4 times for a simple 3 item burrito – i have a dairy & egg allergy both were still found after i taken a bite. i’d recommend checking the bag every time before you leave the window.

Food is great, but one of the ladies that worked there ignored my mom and refused to take her order. I had my two young children with me, and they were scared by the interaction. Then, while my kids were eating, the lady turned the TV up so loud that my kids and I had to leave. I wouldn’t recommend dining in.
