so I ordered 30 dollars worth of food off the website and then went to pick it up, once I got to this place I did not feel very welcome. I then let the two people up front about my online order with my name. well they -couldn’t find it- so the lady very rudely asked for the order number so I gave them that and once again could not find me. what the heck okay so I showed them my order on my phone and they still could not find me. This McDonald’s sucks!! I’ve ordered so many times from here and have gotten the wrong stuff, or have been missing stuff. Today was the last straw! I had an issue with my mobile order (5-10-23 around noon) and called and the girl that picked up was extremely rude to me and then hung up on me. All I wanted to know was if I could cancel my order since I sent it to the wrong McDonald’s on accident. Learn how to treat your costumers and how to DOUBLE CHECK orders before handing them out. Typical Mcdonalds. Dine in seating is very limited. Deive through is efficient. If you order ahead through the app and park, it usually takes longer to get your food than if you went through the drive-through. It’s definitely not faster.
