There was no one even working the line. Customer service is a joke, they told me it’ll be jus a couple minutes for the steak I sat and waited for 35 minutes and when I asked for a discount because of it the cashier laughed at me. The place was filthy and now they charge double the prices for a scoop of meat. 2019 we paid 18$ for 2 double steak bowls. Now it cost 36$ which is ridiculous.

Ordered a bowl, got to my hotel just to realize the lid was never placed on my bowl and there was blonde hair in my sour cream. I tried calling 6 times, the phone just rings. After driving back to give the food back, all the employee asks is “do you want another one?”, the manager says nothing, only swipes her card to give me a refund & walks away. Won’t be back.

Chipotle of Niles Ohio, gave me this carryout Burrito bowl with double meet. There was nothing in it. Got home and saw the picture below. Tried calling them. All 3 times it rang until they disconnected me. Never again folks. This place rips you off and doesn’t care!

Put in an online order on 6/25 To be ready at 5:15. I walked in, no line. My order still wasn’t ready until 5:21. I asked for extra corn salsa; but received no corn salsa extra tomato salsa. So when I got home my burrito was soggy, not to mention I don’t like tomatoes. I wouldn’t be writing this if the order was ready at 5:25, just wish it was correct.

Came in starving. Asked for a salad. Barely any lettuce. Food doesn’t even leave the top of my bowl edge. Ordered a margarita off the menu board. They no longer serve margaritas. Not thrilled.

We ordered online and our food was about 15min late. We were supposed to eat with people we met there but weren’t able to because we didn’t have any food. I’m sure they’re understaffed so I don’t want to be harsh. But just a note that it happened! Otherwise everyone was very kind, polite, and professional. And the food was great!
