Employees of this store are so lazy. They close earlier than regular hour. They do not offer what customers need on daily basis. My kids wants sprinkles donuts but they do not have at 2pm even some days in the morning. Each time have different excuses. I’m no longer interested to shop from this place. Don’t come to this place. If you come you will waste your time. Instead go somewhere else.

(update)Had to come back for more yummy donuts. They didn’t have a lot of selections on my last visit since it was 8pm. Today was a total opposite. There were so many delectable donuts to choose from. A huge shout out to Cheyenne, the manager. She was fantastic!!!Super nice and friendly!! I was looking for an apple-filled donut. They didn’t have any that day, but she said if they did she would make them as french toast. Wow! That show’s a lot of creativity. I may take her up on her suggestion and make it next time when they have apple-filled donuts. Tommy was super friendly too. With this type of customer service, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!

Staff has no patience to train new hires. I came here last weekend when it was a new guy’s first day on the job and staff was extremely rude and mean to him for asking questions. How do they expect him to do his job correctly without the proper guidance? Overall, bad experience here.

The ONE SINGLE toilet bathroom was only half clean. Hubby ordered hashbrowns that tasted like they had been cooked in a dirty airfryer then nuked in the microwave to make them extra soggy. Only 6 coin shaped hash browns per serving as well.

I’m pretty disappointed that this location, unlike the one in Fremont or Half Moon Bay for example, stills does not allow you to eat your donut indoors. We had to go out and sit on the sidewalk next to our car. They do not even have tables outside even if they have ample space for them. This is not the experience I’m looking for when going to a place that serves coffee and donuts. Still, the “Bavarian” style donuts are the best donuts you can buy in the U.S. according to my experience so far. I will wait to return here until they restore full indoor service.
