Every time I order online I get the notification that the pizza is ready. When it in fact is not. The team has been trained to bump the order to the pickup box(which sends the notification). Even when they are not putting the pizza in the box. This is just to keep ticket times down in a computer system… really inconsiderate to set an expectation that is a lie… drives me nuts

Manager was upset because the cashier was doing their job, by taking our orders because we walked in the door before 10pm. I order a cheese pizza with two ranch, after standing in line behind an order of 5 pizzas and a cheese pizza, and pepperoni. The manager walked to the back after service the two orders before me and said yelled don’t take no more orders. (My order was placed already 5 to 10 minutes ago). The cashier asked me would I mind taking pepperoni, I replied no I don’t even eat pork. The manager comes from the back to the front and looks and me and say excuse me, as if I said it did something wrong. I replied your cashier asked me do I want pepperoni, I stated I don’t eat pork. With attitude the manager said well he was t supposed to take your order. Preps the order cooks the pizza not completely tried taking out the pan, you can see the raw dough, r rd he manager placed the pizza back in the oven. Another employee remade my pizza. The crew workers were great. The manager did not lead well tonight. Thank you for the crew member for making it happen for me.

I ordered a beef pizza and was given a pepperoni. When I called back they acknowledged the mistake. Said they were going to prepare me another so I sent my daughter to pick it up. They gave her the old one that was. Was not fresh and they tried to charge her again. This is 5 mins after getting off the phone with them. I’m not happy about that at all!

Stood there and waited for my order to be taken while the girl running the cash register talked to her friend in the back told me she would be right with me. Then one of her friends came in and she sold him 2 dipping sauces for less than they were worth. She told me she had to wait on him to come back while he got in his car and left. I left and they just missed it on a $100 order. First and last time I’ll ever go to that store.

Good staff, I ordered extra cheesey and meaty pizza and I think it came out with less sausage then a normal pizza comes. We were limited on funds this particular day and were starved but we still ended up enjoying the meal. Will revisit again and hopefully have another great tasting pizza
