The sauce was thick, like it had corn starch in it, which is in my bank. The vegetables were raw instead of sautéed. They did not allow any substitutions and the tofu. Definitely looks better than it tasted and I doubt it’s organic, which means it’s likely genetically modified? Definitely felt low quality. I do have a nice outdoor dining area.

Ultimately it is hard to fully recommend this establishment. I have been a few times as it is within walking distance and the product has just been very hit or miss. I have ordered a couple different bowls and sometimes things are cooked well and sometimes I have gotten overcooked or under seasoned fish or chicken. Their potstickers are good typically as well but at my most recent visit I had rather dry ones. I haven’t had any egregious complaints and if you are in the mood for healthy options this might be your place. I do think with a bit more consistency this Toyko Joes would get a recommendation from me.

Ate here last week and boy for $10 sushi It did not deliver. No sauce and missing ingredients. I went to the grocery store and got the same thing for $7 with all the ingredients and sauce on it .

The food was good with gluten free options evident. I wish the staff had been more liberal in allowing us to cross toppings between poke bowls and rice bowls. That was… odd.

Very nice location with equally nice workers. The food I received was extremely tasty and of high quality. There is also a lot of combination choices so everyone should find something to their liking. Overall I give them an A and will be returning soon.

Disappointed. The bento box they’ve been so heavily advertising is now only available on the weekends. Too bad I didn’t know that until after we’d ordered. I went with a bowl instead. The wait was very long for takeout. I discovered when I got home that the broccoli was black with mold and the squash was also rotten.

When I eat here a few times a week and tonight I ask for pan seared pot stickers that clearly come out steamed and I ask for them to be cooked how I ask and they refused. Crazy to me when you have a paying customer who even tipped and still get treated poorly. Fix your staff and their attitude

We ordered via DoorDash. One of our bowls, the salmon bowl, was wrong. We got a bowl of rice, chicken and avocado instead. I have tried to get a refund for months now and no one ever calls me back or follows up. We paid $16.40 for this so called bowl. Terrible customer service and unfortunately we will never come back to this establishment.
