Our taco pizza was not a taco pizza. They ran late from our order time, 20 min late to be exact and then our order wasn’t correct. When I called to express my concerns with how this pizza shop was running with the errors, the manager didn’t ask how she could make it better but made excuses that they were understaffed. Is also made a statement about the poorly cooked breadsticks and she stated there was nothing she could do about it the oven does what it does?!! We are new to Columbus IN and have ordered from Casey’s in many states, this is the worst experience I have had. Please avoid this Casey’s and the poor management.

I love racking up my Casey’s Rewards points. The store wass clean. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. The cashier and kitchen staff were both friendly and helpful. I live close so I come here often and every experience is as good as this one was. I would recommend it and the rewards program.

Every fuel station in Columbus as well as the Caseys in Edinburgh has diesel for $4.99 and yet state street location is $5.19??? Makes no sense, sorry to myself for being Loyal to a certain company and store. Highway robbery.

I came into Casey’s this afternoon to get some gas, and I ended up leaving with a full tank and an excellent Breakfast Pizza for dinner. When I walked through the door I was hit by that smell of the greatest comfort food I know of. Breakfast!

Was just in there at noon today to get a sub, and it was obvious that the young man was new and was struggling, and the manager wouldn’t come out of the office to help him, but instead he had to keep running in there to ask her questions. She should of came out and helped. That is a poor manager and the quickest way to loose help. Also if menu options have changed, it shouldn’t be listed as available. This isn’t the first time this has happened so probably done with Casey’s.

The manager is rude and told me by name to hurry up because other customers had been waiting a long time. As a former employee who dedicated many hours to this place I was highly offend d when she called me by name in front of other customers and told me to hurry up. I was at the gas station this morning and witnessed a woman trying to get gas and had already moved from pump to pump. She was trying to get to work. She finally then asked for a refund to go somewhere else which was in cash. They then told her to come back and they could refund her she said she wasn’t leaving without the cash which who would? So after waiting the manager finally hands her the money as she saying this will have to come out my pocket rudely. The woman then goes to her car then next thing I know the employee runs out there screaming at her to leave pretty much in her face and screaming at her non stop. I go here daily and will not be returning the woman was leaving already so what was the point to go out there and pretty much try to fight her? The woman trying to get gas did nothing to warrant for a reaction like the employee showed. They lost my business, I will never return to that store!

I stop by Casey’sto pick up some monster’s and a couple slices of pizza using my Casey’s rewards. Something got messed up to where my Casey’s cash wasn’t doing what it was supposed to be doing. But the manager Angie and the cashier got it taken care of. Even came out ahead on the deal.

Horrible location in Columbus Indiana. This place should be shut down. Half of the time the store is closed at 6am when normal people are going to work. Lunch time is even worse because they have no kitchen staff and the staff that is there is rude. When there are very few places on the east side to eat lunch one would think this place would be prepared but never. All that is available is breakfast pizza…..at lunch time! I will no longer give this place my business!
