I experienced technical issues with ordering from Pizza Hut online so I tried to call in my delivery order at the Pizza Hut on Federal HWY. The person rudely answered the phone and asked me delivery or take out. I said delivery and they placed me on hold and left me on hold. I eventually hanged up and ordered from their competitor.

I wish i could give it half a star. Horrible customer service, we ordered a pizza at 7:40 and it wasn’t until 8:05 (when the order was supposed to be delivered) that the driver called to ask our apartment number (which was already listed on the address) when i called around 9pm the woman on the phone called the driver and told me that he couldn’t find our address on maps (this pizza hut has delivered to us multiple times). No one updated us on the status and she told me she could just instead reorder it and it would be another hour before it would come. We used our rewards points and are now unable to get them back, i won’t be ordering from them again.

My order was perfect and delicious. It was very affordable and had more food than I could eat, which is great because pizza hut leftovers are so good! The delivery was at work for my lunch break so it was important that it arrive on time which it did. The delivery driver was very courteous and professional. Will definitely order for lunch on a regular basis.

I ordered from this location tonight, and they completely messed up my order. I️ called the establishment and spoke to someone for a brief 20 seconds and then was placed on hold for over 10 mins. I️ called the location from a different phone and they answered immediately… so why was I️ still waiting on hold on the previous line? I️ told the other person who answered the phone the situation, and they volunteered since I️ was allergic to the toppings that was on the previous pizza. They arrived to my house within 25 mins with this. (See picture below) very disappointed. Honestly would you eat a pizza like this?

I like this Pizza Hut location for several reasons. The first being that the Pizza dough seems to be a little more fluffy and it translates well to the final products. The pizza was ok. They have no table service even though that had tables and chairs. They reluctantly let us eat in, but had no plates. They brought us some paper towels as napkins/plates. The ladies room had a sign starting to not to flush toilet paper. The men’s room toilet was filled with urine, t-paper, and whatever else.
