This location ironically….was my first job. I distinctly remember many many times being belittled and cussed out by the manager about how PERFECT the sob wanted the cuts. Well apparently mister Craig Buck (the owner) doesn’t care how this location cuts anything. The pepperoni pizza was hot yes and yummy yes….however I had to cut the pizza AGAIN with my pizza cutter because it wasn’t cut all the way through to easily grab a slice. The Italian cheese bread, delciousssss, however the cut was quite sad. I finally have the ability to complain as a customer about the cut. I won’t go so far as cussing anyone out like the owner/manager loves to do when I first worked here….anywho. I guess you reap what you sow

Food is fine. Kids run the place, no urgency to help, and if you order ahead, plan for your pickup to be 15-20 minutes after the app says. This has happened 4 times now as I live down the street and frequent here. Last time I come back for a while.

Worst little ceasars ever. Ordered 70$ worth of pizza and they wont let us pick it up. Person with credit card in their name tried to pick it up with ID and card. No go. Birthday Party ruined.

The pizza was dry and cheese was crunchy. The garlic sauce was put in the warmer so it separated and was grainy texture. Restaurant was understaffed… The only thing that made this whole experience tolerable was the nice young lady behind the counter doing her best with the packed lobby.

I don’t know how this place gets any good reviews. Every single time I go here the service is horrible. They never greet anyone or even come to the register when you walk in, their slogan is”hot & ready” and they NEVER have any ready, just basic cheese! No plastic gloves & all staff are kids, some wearing pajamas. This location desperately needs new management!

I watched a young man who claimed to be the manager degrade and laugh at a female customer who was asking for light sauce on thier pizza and explained why she needed it that way. He was rude and disrespectful laughed in her face refused to give name. I don’t recommend anyone eating there. I can’t understand how this is remotely acceptable.

*Edit: Store made it right. Store truly is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. App is where it all went wrong, although local business needs to address Google and Facebook. I still kind of have a bad taste in my mouth from it all, but the folks I talked to on Wednesday at the local store were very kind and helpful. I was not, but they were patient with me.
