I had all but given up on Burger King but this one has changed my mind. My wife and I go through the drive-thru for breakfast fairly frequently and lunch from time to time. The food is always hot, the order is always correct, and the ladies at the drive-thru are always polite and friendly. Their fries give McDonald’s a run for their money which is saying something. This is by far my favorite Burger King of all time!

25 minutes in the drive through to get a combo meal, no more than 8 cars in line. Workers were salty, didn’t smile, and my order was incomplete until I told them a DRINK comes with a combo meal. Atrocious service and it’s so obvious they don’t want to work at all. Where has the quality gone, the efficiency gone, the smile gone and the great customer service gone?

Went to Burger King at this location on 6/14 @ approximately 10:00pm; I dont know who was working the drive thru but her attitude was so nasty to the point I told my fiance to just drive off. Who ever she was she was very rude. Even though I wanted a whopper combo with onion rings she took the taste out my mouth. I refuse to spend money somewhere and someone treating customers this way.

Food was good, but child’s cheeseburger had only one pickle slice (kids like more pickles) No receipt was given. Had to circle back into line with about 8 cars. Cashier was very courteous getting the copy.
