So Sunday June 4th at 1:00 pm in the afternoon I stopped there with my two children 1 and 4 two kids meals which they said they didn’t have any shells for them when I watched them make a kids meal in front of me. So I asked about getting a smaller cup but make it a bowl and they were going to make me pay $10.00 for it. Unbelievable. Really bad customer service and not to mention the manager and employees were rude. I will never go back.

The rudest kids work here. There were three people there tonight when I came in. The prep station was completely trashed. The person cooking was the only one working. She was back chopping the meat and preparing. While the two guys are on their phones. You could clearly tell she was upset at the situation. The person that made my order was rude and everything was an inconvenience. The bar was trash and the food contamination is real. Food was everywhere. When checking out the girl preparing food had to yell at the kid to come check me out. Please management teach these two guys how to be apart of a team and help that poor girl in the back. Less than 1 star. I love Chipotle but this location is TERRIBLE!! 3 out of 3 times have been trash. Rice was undercooked and crunchy, beans are dehydrated or undercooked, no guac (where’s the sign on the door saying “NO GUAC”??!! The staff is clueless. One young male staff member told me “that’s how the pinto beans usually supposed to look” when I questioned the quality of the pinto beans… dried out and disgusting.. to justify not putting out fresh food. What a waste of time and money. Disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped by last night and I paid extra for guacamole (which is fine) only to get a scoop of a hard avocado and nothing else. There weren’t any utensils, tea was empty, didn’t get chips but the staff had plenty of time to sip on starbucks and chat. I even had to ask for lids because they only had large ones sitting out. Wasted money on 4 meals. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money at this location.

Rice is like chewing on gravel. In texture and flavor. The food is so bland and flavorless that even my wife’s boyfriend threw it away. Safe to say the 3 of us won’t be back.
