Filiberto’s Mexican Food is is some of the best Mexican food around especially for a fast food place. This location is new and the building is a little modern. The service is great and the food like always is delicious. I never get tired of the breakfast burritos or the carne asada burritos.

Food was good no issue there. Tho I felt uneasy.When I walked in, the staff was rushing around, but I also wasn’t sure if they were on their break or not as they were still up and down, working. It seemed like they were overwhelmed and tired. It made the service slower than usual.

If I could give them zero stars I would. After spending $60.00 on sub par food, I found a white bread tie in my fish burrito. I immediately stopped eating and completely lost my appetite. I called the restaurant and spoke with an employee who said I could get a refund on the fish burrito but not the Carne asada fries. I explained that I wouldn’t be eating any food from this establishment but this fell on deaf ears. I will not be returning.

Drive-thru staff are unfortunately very rude, condescending, and incompetent. I had to read back my order twice and they still didn’t add an entire combo plate I had ordered. Had to order the missing item at the window. Asked for extra salsa and the woman refused saying it was in the bag, after I had already checked and asked for more. Came back and shoved the salsa at me. Just go to Federicos across the street, much better service and way better food.

Of all the Filiberto’s in Arizona this is the one to go to. The food was delicious, the restaurant is clean and organized, and the staff and management is very friendly. The food was very delicious! I would definitely recommend this Filiberto’s location to any one who is already a fan of the chain or to anyone looking to try it for the first time.

I got carne asada fries with no cheese but added onions, and they went a step further to grill the onions which was so delicious. Usually the onions are raw which are still good but whoever was working that day really went above and beyond!
