The food was delicious, but they didn’t seem to want to make shakes for us. The atmosphere was okay, nothing special, but my nephew indicated that he hadn’t ever been in such a filthy men’s room before. He had to clean the bottoms of his shoes prior to walking out.

Read a few online reviews and gave it a chance. What a mistake that was. Floors had fries all over. Tables were greasy and no napkins on any of the tables. Staff generally doesn’t care. Bottom buns were dripping with grease. Barbecue sauce over powered any other flavors. At least the tater tots were good….

We will never order from Smash Burger again. Customer service couldn’t be worse at the Chesterfield location. We were told our online order was duplicated somehow. The restaurant proceeded to make the order twice – even though it had the same name and the exact same five burgers and fries on it. They charged us twice and said they couldn’t refund us. We left the extra order there and will not return. With a little effort they could have easily fixed this.

It was okay. This was my first time trying Smashburger. I was glad I could get a burger with lettuce as a bun. I was disappointed they couldn’t do onions. Their burger patties are very thin, and I wish I knew that so I could’ve done a double. The burger was good. Nothing super special. It wasn’t as filling as I’d like (I don’t eat a lot either). I got some fries and they were fine. Only had to wait 10 minutes for two burgers and two sides of fries.
