Was there 21minutes inside. Ordered a crispy chicken meal. For the first 5 minutes not one of the 5 or 6 workers smiled at customers or each other. Two people started arguing of how many crispy chicken or spicy chicken she needed. Couldn’t figure out how a customer after me got a chicken sandwich that was probably meant for me… I know he was a regular cause they chatted. She now had to cook a new one…and told it will take a few minutes. I asked if I could substitute another sandwich. 4 more minutes. Then she looked really upset when I asked for a fresh order of french fries as those have been sitting in the bag for about 12 to 13 minutes now. Not an apology…not and I’m sorry…nothing I will absolutely never ever ever go there again. Not sure why they don’t offer the same deals that national advertises on television, Thur 2 for $6

Ordered an impossible whopper, and received a real meat whopper. Didn’t realize until I took a bite absolutely disgusting. Waited in the drive-through line only to be told it was an impossible patty, but they wrapped it in the wrong packaging so it appeared to be a real whopper, I’m almost certain it was real meat, but even if that were true, they should’ve offered to remake one for me to be sure. Instead, they looked at me like I was holding up traffic won’t be returning to this location.
