After a great time at the zoo, my family and I came to the mall to look around I had never been so it was a treat. We stopped to eat and I will never go back to this establishment. The crew was very rude and played around way too much. The young Asian girl had the worst attitude.. when I sat down to eat there was hair all in my food. When I went up there to let them know she rolled her eyes and was very rude. The manager I believe, that who he was also rude to me.. we had to repeat ourselves at the check out counter because another employee was standing next to him talking about what he was doing later that night and that he should join them out. And he kept asking what did you say… Never will I ever go back to the worst experience and I do like panda express but not this one. The noodles were dry and the teriyaki chicken didn’t taste like teriyaki everything was just off. But the unprofessional rude employees leave a sour taste.

Drove a half hr for a Chinese date and literally took a bite of everything Rice was dry noodles was too and the Teriyaki chicken wasn’t seasoned at all and nothing but fat so incredibly disappointing everyone working seemed to be working up front seemed great they were all working hard and keeping the line moving decently

It’s a bunch of kids with no guidance training or leadership, this location has no care for the hospitality industry and services it provides the food not cooked right and no urgency to to serve the customers line was really long only to find out they didn’t have half the items on the menu

They were out of the SweetFire chicken, so settled for the Orange Chicken. The flavour is very odd, and definitely does not taste like orange chicken. Also, the breading reminded me of funnel cake, was soggy on the outside, overly thick, and rather chewy. The little bit of chicken within the actual morsels was dried out and a bit tough. There was a strong vinegar-esque after taste. Could not eat more than a single piece, and it was tough to do that. Will not return.

They offer things on the menu that are absolutely amazing. They’re always busy so there is a bit of a line but its definitely worthwhile. If you are in the mall and want some great food this is a good bet in my books. I hope you enjoy Nashville and I will see you again soon!
