Traveling home and found this gem of a coffee place! I have a dairy allergy and the staff was so helpful to accommodate my needs. Oat Milk latte, they made the avocado hummus toast vegan for me, and my hubby got the breakfast burrito. We were very satisfied and would recommend this place!

Went there at 8:45 am and there was one person in line in front of me. Then a crowd filed in behind me. I ordered a cappuccino, nothing fancy, and assumed it would take a few minutes. 25 minutes later it STILL was not ready so I asked about it. The girl at the counter said it’s their policy to take orders from people before making drinks. WHAT!! Based on the size of the line behind me I was going to be there for two hours, so I just told them they can forget my order and I left because I needed to get on to a meeting. There appears to be only two people working there. They really need to hire one or two more for the morning.

I had been going to this coffee shop for years when it was Jolts and Juice. This coffee shop is way over priced now. 12 ounce is 1 expresso shot, and 16 ounce is 2 expresso shots and the largest one having 3 expresso shots. Terrible if you compare it to other coffee shop prices, and they only have one medium-dark roast type of coffee you can choose from for expresso. I would rate Starbucks higher than Jack Henry. Prices used to be reasonable to justify the mediocre coffee now its overpriced. Bordertown coffee in Fruitland is much more reasonable priced and has better coffee than Jack Henrys. To sum it up this place is over priced for a cup of coffee and the coffee choices are limited.

The coffee was not good, very bitter. One of the drinks was almost overflowing and made it unable to handle. The baristas took our order then went to the back and left our empty cups on the counter, other customers got their drinks and meal before us. In total we waited 35 minutes for two coffees for no reason, except bad work ethic.
