Called in an order for delivery. They said cc machine was down would have to pay cash, that’s fine. Ordered a wrap, waited an hour and had not received it. I called they said it was on the way. Waited another hour and 20 minutes before calling back (over 2 hours total). They said the driver delivered it. He definitely did not I was 3 feet from the door the entire time. Then he said they could make it again but I would have to pick it up because ~they don’t have drivers~. Trashhhhola

I came into this location today at first due to an emergency as I was with my diabetic friend at a nearby business and she began to go into extreme low blood sugar. We didn’t have any candy with us, but I saw that there was a Jimmy John’s right across the parking lot from where we were. I ran as fast as I could, and was practiacally out of breath by the time I got inside, and the young man who helped me at the counter insisted that I take the brownie for my friend, even though I tried to pay for it. Once my friend and I finished our business, we returned to Jimmy John’s for lunch and to personally thank the young man for his kindness and to pay for the brownie, but the manager wouldn’t let us pay for the brownie. Thank you so much for your act of kindness. Also, This young man is an example of a truly decent human being, and I just want him to know that he really helped us out a lot. The food is great too!

I just left and ate my sandwich in the parking lot, my mother in law had hers and we both were blown away… they were delicious! The man behind the counter was nice as well as everyone else. Would recommend- very clean and tidy.

I know hiring is hard right now but PLEASE work on customer service with your employees. I don’t think kids today have those kind of soft skills and they need direction on working with the public. The kid on the register was draped all over the register and mumbled. He acted like my presence annoyed him. There were 2 kids taking trash and boxes out that didn’t say thank you when people held the door for them. It’s hard to want to frequent a business where the employees are annoyed about serving customers.

Kid with dreads at front mumbled, leaning on counter didn’t say thank you rather talk to the two girls by the phones not working and giggling. No customer service. Receipt said order taker Darion. Darion didn’t care to be there. you could tell. Went from overly excited college kids that were loud yet welcoming to blah kids that have zero customer service

One young lady and as working. No management. She was absolutely defeated. My party of 3 came in and ordered. Before she could begin, many other people came in. Including us there 15 people in the restaurant. Phone ringing off the hook. She had no chance. Finally we ate and left while others were still waiting. 4-10-23 about 7 pm. She deserves a medal. Whoever owns/manages that store needs to giver a raise or hire someone to help. Or help out themselves.

“FREAKY FAST” used to be true, whether it was getting a sandwich made or delivery. Now it takes over an hour for a delivery less than a mile away, and 15 minutes to get a sandwich with zero customers in the store and multiple staff standing around.

It was good. My size of bread was not ready, and i had to wait 10 minutes. You would think they would cut off the end of another and send me on my way…think outside the box…Millennials

Your boy at the register shouldn’t be at the register if he can’t be bothered to speak 2 words to guests, waves an unenthused hand at the card reader, doesn’t give out the receipt, and then expects guests to know their number (magically?) when called out.
