I had the sweet and smoky chicken sandwich, with a side of potato salad. And a strawberry Lemonade. The sandwich was very tasty, but the potato salad was served…coated in paprika. It doesn’t state that on the menu…but I’m mean it was coated. The very polite staff gave me a new one without paprika when I kindly asked if I could have it without. Lemonade was very refreshing. Prices weren’t too bad. Mostly clean. They were pretty slow, but left a lot of dirty tables in the dining room. It’s always a good idea to wipe tables down…before you sweep. Customers care more about eating off a clean table before walking on crumbs.

Food was excellent! Service was super fast! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. My salad was very fresh and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. One of the best places to eat in town in my opinion.

It always seems to be quite when we go for lunch. Never too crowded or had to wait for food. Food is always hot and fresh when we go. My wife loves the tea and I love the fresh Lemonade. The reward app is a good tool for repeat customers.. it always seems to offer a free kids meal when we go. It is likely to drop 40-50 for our family of 4.

At the start we were meet with Peyton as our cashier. She does not have a friendly customer service attitude. Upon handing over our change we were informed it would be in dimes. We asked her what choice we had in that matter and she said we could cry. My son ordered the BLT with avocado and gets brought half a sandwich. He didn’t pay for half a sandwich!!! As we bit into our CLUBs they had small pieces of tooth picks in them. These were not from toothpicks holding our sandwich together. I will not be eating here again. Definitely not worth $50.21.

This was my first visit to the Rolla McAlister’s Deli and, while I do find their prices a tad high, the food was delicious, the peach tea was AMAZING, and the service was absolutely delightful. In fact, the hardest working person in the place, who was helping take orders, fill orders, bus tables, assist with deliveries, and a myriad of other tasks, was none other than the manager himself. Well done, Mr Manager. You are setting an incredible example for others and the reason I will return! Your employees and restaurant ownership truly have a jewel in you!

I made a quick pit stop for an iced tea while driving from MO to IN. I was having trouble with my app in the restaurant, and the employee, Violet, was so helpful and friendly. She really went above and beyond and was very patient. Totally made my day. The tea was great, and the restaurant was clean. Well done, Rolla McAlister’s management!!!

Visited this location on 7 July 2023. Restroom was disgusting. Iced tea was murky and macaroni/cheese was room temperature at best. Bread seemed stale. The dining area was dirty. The Rolla McAllister’s was unlike any other McAllister’s I have been to. Others, I have visited have been a pleasurable dining experience. Unless this location improves, skip it and go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time taking their online survey. Nobody will respond.

Although there were 4 employees standing behind the counter talking, I cleaned my own table with hand disinfectant and napkins because every other table was dirty too. App not working for tableside ordering. Waited 35 minutes for food. Food was very good except for fruit that was hard and unedible. It’s a shame service can’t be better.

Pretty much all the food is expired on delivery day. The grill is never clean and that’s not the only thing the could use a good scrub. Managers don’t even have the proper paperwork to be able to run a shift. If you’re down for expired food then this is the place for you
