I concur with their pizza being overcooked and sadly the prices have increased over the months. Additionally, I have run into problems using their online ordering with coupons stating they’re expired when the date was good through 9/30/23. Also, the medium sized salads are small so if you’re looking to feed your family of 4 I recommend getting two large salads. Our pizza this evening was overcooked, very greasy and the cheese texture was very off. Our medium size Greek salad was good and fresh just really small. Our bill was $20 and sadly, it will be very unlikely I will order here again.

We used to be a frequent customer here. Unfortunetly we will be moving on to another pizza place. Not only have they on several occasions not noticed our online order come in but then act as if its not a big deal that it will only be an additional 20 mins. The young staff there is completly checked out. On top of all this the pizza quality has dropped significally. Less toppings and mostly bread now. They just dont seem to appreciate the business anymore.

We have only picked up pizza from this location twice since moving to the area, and both times it was much better than the other pizza selections nearby. The hand tossed and deep dish were both good. We will most likely order again. My daughter said the shirtless baby on the box was cold so she drew a chef’s jacket on him. I think it looks pretty good!

When I got home, I saw that they gave me the wrong order, when I called to let them know I was bringing it back They argued with me that I had ordered what they gave me and refused to give me the correct order. The two items were not even close. But the main issue is they refused to correct it, and were rude and combative. Won’t go back.

Won’t ever order from here again. Pizza was bland and over priced, wings was like biting into rubber and even though I left a decent tip as a walk in/ carry out customer she would not even get me a side of parm cheese. Customer service these days means nothing to these kids… sad

Some of the best Deep dish pizza you can get. Never fails to amaze me. My favorite is Italian sausage green pepper and onion for a sort of Italian pizza. It’s always super delicious and the cheese bread is amazing too. Definitely recommend anybody to try out any Papa Romano’s if they’ve never had it before
