I had the best experiences at the dominoes on 53 in Toney. All of the staff were nice and addressed me as I walked into the door. The establishment seems well kept and cleaned. I went into the bathroom and it also was well kept and I can truly tell that the employees at this establishment take pride in their work environment. The cashier who served me name was Austin and he had a smile on his face from the time I got there to the time I left. It was yes ma’am and no ma’am the entire time. I had a mishap with one of my pizzas and the professional manger named Autumn came over and helped me resolve the situation overall great service and i would be delighted to come back again.

(pictures are of remake, giant bubbles, that only leave half a slice).This Domino’s have gone down the hill since Manager Tom has left. Every time I order in the evening times, the pizzas (no matter what crust) are not good. The toppings look like they have been dumped in the middle (which causes the middle to be under cooked) or do not have enough on the toppings on them. The pizza’s are never cut completely through ( I have to use a knife to cut through them). When I order in the day time, you can tell they make them the way they are supposed to be made and they taste great. My last order one of my pizza’s had be dropped (all the toppings and cheese were on the top of the box). I always ask for my chicken wings to be ran through extra ( when Tom was there, they were always ran through extra), they never are. One thing I can say is that they will make right with orders that are not correct. They need better training because if you replace or give me a credit, if the corrected order is not good, no one is going to keep wasting money on food that is not worth it.

This store is amazing, it’s always super clean, friendly and super fast. This team cares about their products and customers. Just try them, they are incredible. I just moved out here a year ago, I am so impressed with how this store is being operated. The food is absolutely fantastic as well. If you have any issues with your order just talk to them about it, they will make you happy. I promise I have no connection to this business, they have just inpressed me this much.

The location is great! They always make the pizza the way I like it! My only issue is with the app that jumps from “Prep” to “Ready” and back to “Prep” in a 30 second time frame while paying for my order because it was “Ready”. Staff is very friendly and professional. Clean as well from what I’ve seen.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Delivery driver threw my order at my front door and rang the doorbell and left. I called to let them know about the situation and let them know part of my order was crushed and tossed around due to being thrown down, but the manager wasn’t interested in talking with me. I ask for a corporate number and they put me on hold and never came back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Better to try another location or even another company that appreciates your business.

If I could I really would do a zero I would. I had placed an online order for the cheesy bread, a mango habanero sandwich and the cinnamon bread twist for my grandmother and I. The cheesy bread was raw and not cooked all the way, stretching like the cheese and like mush. The Cinnamon bread twist was cold. And the mango habanero sandwich that I had ordered without pineapple was dry. I understand that the pineapple would moisten it up a little bit but, it did not have the mango habanero sauce on it and it only had three pieces of chicken and the cheese was hard. (Just dry) When my grandmother called store the lady said it they are busy but she did give us a voucher for the next time we call in an order. My food should have been cooked all the way the first time I ordered it. People can get really sick with raw food. I really do not recommend unless you want uncooked, dry and hard food.

I’m so glad the management has improved over the last year. The friendly staff are always able to help if I have an issue and take care of me. Sometimes when I order it’s really busy so I expect the business to be slower but they still get it to my house fresh and quickly. I think they’ve been adding a scoop of love in their food lately cause I can’t get enough of it. Great job dominos!
