Wow! I didn’t know what to expect, but this is truly simple food with heart poured into it. We made a big delivery order to try things out: half chicken, half dozen wings, piri fries, and a chicken quesadilla. All were phenomenal! ESPECIALLY with the sauces. I am absolutely a sauces/toppings person and the mild sauce is too good. I am considering asking if they sell it in tubs so I can use it for cooking at home! You can definitely get two people full here for $25 or less. We will have to go in-person next time! Looking forward to tasting this food again!

Very, very disappointing we love this place! The service and food quality have gone way downhill!! Food items missed, no seasoning on chicken and dry, and sloppy packaging. Soggy mushy veggies yuck…

My new favorite chicken sandwich! The Piri sauce is wonderful, and spicy. I love being able to add pineapple or cucumbers to my grilled chicken sandwiches. Piri french fries are the best fries in Bellingham. I think I could eat here every day! Can’t wait to return.

Solid 3.5 star! Good service and food but not excellent. The chicken had good flavor with the lemon sauce, but was a little bit on the dry side. Good portions, but a little pricey for what we got. Fries, garlic bread and garlic sauce were awesome! The other sauces were a bit too tart/sour. Very clean and organized dining area. The rice was good but seemed like the frozen variety. In a nutshell, a great restaurant for starving college students.

I am glad to see a Restaurant put a new spin on some thing as regular as chicken. They have a great selection of chicken, as well as Tex-Mex and bowls. They have a nice sports bar, atmosphere, and the service was great.

I had the worst customer service experience here that I’ve ever had in any establishment in my life. The guy working (with a beard and metallica shirt) did not acknowledge my presence for over 10 minutes, refused to give me a cup for a fountain drink and pointed to the cups behind the counter when I asked for the 3rd time signaling me to get it myself. It was so uncomfortable and awkward that I literally walked out in shock without getting the $20 in food that I paid for. I’m truly mind blown.

This place is hit or miss. The bowls are fantastic, staff usually helpful, but your order often does not come out as requested (missing items) and the restaurant itself is usually not very clean. The last time I called for a pickup a worker would answer the phone but not say anything. You could hear him talking to people in the restaurant, but he would ignore the caller on the phone as a way to manage his time and mental health. I’m hopeful that this place will improve because the food is worth it, but it’s doubtful unless management improves.

I really want to give this place five stars, however they can be very inconsistent with the service and quality of food. The employees seems to be pretty miserable working there and it shows in their customer service sadly. When the food is good though, it’s really good . We like the Galos chicken rice bowl and sometimes the chicken does not taste fresh. It has that taste like it is leftover and has been reheated. A couple times we’ve ordered and they’ve forgotten to give us any sauce (which in my opinion is one of the best things about this place) when we paid for extra. Obsessed with the cauliflower bites and onion rings. The batterthey use is the best! The chicken quesadilla is one of my favorite comfort foods. Highly recommend the lemon sauce with the rice bowl. We will continue to order from here, but hoping they get a little better with consistency in quality and service.

We thought this place was great!! Surprised it wasn’t busier. Almost didn’t come in. Chicken was moist and tender. We had lemon and medium piripiri sauce. Yum!!! Great Galos salad to round out the chicken. Yummy!!!
