The fries here are always soggy. I end up ordering them well done and it usually works out. the food always looks sad, service is essentially secondary to making you feel like you just need to get out. I feel bad because there are a few employees that do a great job there but it just seems like the general atmosphere is one that doesn’t care. I recommend going to the mcdonalds next to KFC down the road or on Leisure Town by the I-80 on ramp

We live close by and we order from this location a lot. Today is was bad! So much attitude from the cashier every time we order, sometimes so rude … then you we Pick up our food, no thank you, they are not even looking at you because they are busy talk and gossiping in the back… so bad.

Worst McDonald’s in town. My order is never correct. Paid the price for double cheese burger and got a mcdouble. Drive up Mobil orders take 30 min to bring out. This place is definitely not ur average McDonald’s. Since opening it’s been huge disappointment.

FOUND A DIRTY BLOODY BANDAID INSIDE OF MY BAG. (see pics) I submitted a mobile order, parked and food was brought out curbside. Got home, got my toddler started eating his breakfast, reached in and pulled out the other items to only bring out a blue Bugs Bunny bandaid with it. it’s clearly worn and contaminated with blood on the inside. I AM LIVID! I called the store and the person in charge (spelling?) Leilani or Kilani ? just asked if i could come back so she can fix my problem . She did not seem concerned at all. before she hung up the phone I heard her ask “who took out a curbside” and she hung up. NOW, to deal with my toddler who had already started eating – taking away his food has caused an issue. I am too angry to go back to the store at the moment but I WILL BE RETURNING THEIR BANDAID!

Stopped there after a very long drive to use the restroom. Very dirty! And they had the toilet paper roll bent so you only got one sheet at a time, which also left a mess. Went to the counter for help and no one came to take my order. There was a young man and gal making breakfast sandwiches and saw me but did not help me. After about 8 minutes I walked out! I do not recommend this place at all!
