Just another standard place here in pigeon Forge Tennessee. The atmosphere was really cool and the service was very good. I thought the prices were a bit higher than some of the other locations in the area but overall not terrible. The food was good. I liked the cabin, feel, and it was cozy. on the strip in pigeon Forge. We attended the one at the beginning of the area.

We were elated by the customer service but the pancakes and the breakfast skillet left alot to be desired. The pancakes were very dense and the skillet was cold and missing the cheese. Our server was amazing! She fixed the skillet and apologized. She was kind and sweet. She was the best part of our visit. Not sure we would return based on the food though.

I was looking forward to trying this breakfast spot as everyone was raving about it but I honestly think this place is over-hyped. We got seated right away and our waitress was nice but def seemed like she was in a rush the whole time. My partner and I shared the Townsend skillet and got an extra side of bacon, biscuits and toast. The waitress forgot my toast but I told her don’t worry about it. The food came out barely warm (even the skillet..?) and was mediocre. Nothing to hit home about although I loved the biscuit lol. But that was literally it. I was disappointed and won’t be returning.
