I ordered 4 large pizzas for my son’s birthday party at 1:50 in the afternoon. Set the pick up time for 7:15pm. You’d think that my pizzas would be ready for pick up at 7:15, but here it is, 7:30pm and they just went in the oven. I will never order from this restaurant again. Do not recommend… Pizza Hut is right next door… They’ll get my business from now on…

Order some pizza for a corporate event and the pizza was amazing! I was greeted by the general manager, Kelly who was so sweet and helpful. This was my best Papa John’s experience ever. The place was so clean and fresh. Great job to Kelly and team, I was forever visit this location!

Usually a fan but tried their NY style pizza – Big Failure. NY style pizza is more than just a Large foldable slice (which failed as well). 4 of 8 slices could do a full fold. Sauce not even close to the Sweet/Tangy & cheese ratio poor Even as i ordered extra cheese which i didn’t get. Im a New Yorker and this was an insult. This was nothing more than an expensive super thin crust, vague generic pizza.

I usually love Papa Johns pizza. I was very excited to do the heart shaped pizza today for Valentines with my daughter and 2 grandkids. I was so disappointed. They tasted like cardboard. They were cooked too long to almost having the chees being totally brown on top. I asked for some sauces when I called in the order but they did not have them in with my order when I picked them up. I’m not sure I will go to Papa Johns again or maybe just not this one. I could’ve tried a different pizza place that offered heart shaped pizzas, but I haven’t been dissatisfied with Papa Johns in the past.

Ordered delivery, 2 large pepperoni. it took an hour and a half to get my pizza and on top of that my pizza was cold upon delivery. Very disappointing. Not to mention I live less than five minutes from the store.

The pizza was great as always. But more importantly on this visit were the staff attending this location (4657). I had tried to order using the phone app, but because my address in Google maps is wrong, (the street name is missing an “s”), the order went to the wrong location. After about 40 minutes, I received a call from the location where the order went, and they told me that my address was out of their delivery area! So, we got in our car and drove less than 10 minutes to the closest Papa John’s to place our order in person. They gentleman attending the register recognized where we lived, took our order, and gave us 25% off for our troubles. Thank you Papa John’s for having great people!

Came to pick up my pizza. Not ready yet. I tell them I want to go ahead and pay. It’s cash. He handles my money and goes right back to handling dough. I question him about it, do you not wash your hands after handling cash?? He says no need, the pizzas bake at a 500 degree oven! So does this mean he can go take a dump, not wash hands, come back and get right back to handling food with non washed hands simply because things get inside a 500 degree oven???? Really?! I wonder if health department would agree with this statement. I’m sure it’s a health code violation. Whichever way you spin it, it’s freaking gross.
