2 hours before close it was a dissatisfying visit. the cashier was mumbling and almost aggressive because we couldn’t understand her. they had us go to the front because they had to make fresh curly fries, but they tasted like cardboard. same for my turkey in taste and the bread was very dry and stale. we didn’t get the sauces we asked for and when we went in there was no one at the counter. they showed the new bbq rib sandwiches online but not the drive thru menu, so we assumed they didn’t have them, but the signs were up inside the store. they get one star for giving me such a concentrated strawberry lemonade I was able to add water and get two drinks.

My husband & I Had a bad experience here first when we got here there was no one take my husband and I order through the drive-through. Two employees were sitting in a red Nissan. They proceeded to get out one walk in through the front, and the other one waited by the drive-through door until they opened the door. asked the women that was standing beyond the drive thru ordering sign if they was closed she told me no one moment.

I ordered a turkey sandwich and I barely had meat on my sandwich. It just look like they didn’t care. They had to remake my husband chicken sandwich because we asked for no tomatoes and light honey mustard. Then the 2nd sandwich had way too much honey mustard that it made the sandwich wet and nasty. Restaurant food is too expensive for places to not do it right the 1st time.

One of the best Arby’s I’ve been to in the valley. Food tasted fresh, I didn’t have too wait very long for my food. Only thing I was concerned about was the soda machine. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned very well on outside in a while which could contaminate your soda or ice if a small piece of corrosion/dirt falls in to your drink

Go after 8pm and they will be out of roast beef or close to it. Don’t understand how 2 hours before they close they run out of what they’re known for and remain open until 10 just to tell everyone that shows up they can’t give them what they went there for. Never been to KFC to be told they were outta chicken and McDonald’s never runs outta burgers. When they DO have roast beef it’s usually really good. This hasn’t happened once or twice, but a total of about 10 different occasions over the course of a couple months. Must cost that location quite a bit of $ to pay employees to babysit the store and let potential customers down as well as the obvious loss in sales. Who’s running the show over there?!? Get it together Arby’s.
