One of the 4 workers was trying really hard to get the orders processed in a timely manner. The people working the line were so slow that online orders were crazy backed up and in the end they forgot that our pizza was in the oven to the point that it burned and had to be remade. When a group of about 7 people came in there was an audible sigh of frustration from the staff, but really they were working so slow compared to a typical MOD location. In the end the pizza was fine, just 20+ minutes past expected preparation time.

I really wish I had pictures. My date and I loved our pizzas. He got a meat lover’s and I, a veggie pizza. Both were excellent. You chose your toppings! Their pesto is really good. They are all about quality products and services.

Great vegan pizza. Loved availability of all the toppings. Tasted delicious! I did order plant based sausage and didn’t really get a lot of that. Was cooked very well done so there was some charring on the underside but I couldn’t taste it so I didn’t mind. Would highly recommend getting the mega dough! It’s a must!

I’m a vegetarian so getting the young fella to understand I need him to switch gloves before he makes my pizza after making a every possible meat pizza was rough but we got through that part. My biggest complaint is the young lady with the black and red hair who on this particular day was working the oven but she was literally on FaceTime the whole 30 minutes we were there and that is so unprofessional. Not to mention how unsanitary it is for someone to be handling food then going touching their phone then handling the next order then back to their phone. The tables in the back werent cleaned off and the men’s bathroom was not clean but she has time to be on the phone the whole time.

The pizza is good. Getting it can be a challenge. It always seems like the staff is new. The last few times we ordered on line the order was both late (waited 20 minutes once) and wrong. Much better off ordering in person so you can see that you are getting what you ask for.

I’m often pretty meh on chain restaurants, I want to put that out there because so can can consider it with my review. I was pleasantly surprised the space was clean, large and bright. The staff was friendly. There are huge selection of toppings for your pizza or salad. It sort of works like chipotle or other fast casual. The crust is thin and crisp pizza is ready in a flash. Notably there are quite a few outside seats, something baltimore really needs. Worth a stop in.
