So the thing is the one I went to they didn’t have any English speaking workers so it was hard to understand what they were saying they kept talking to each other and it got a bit annoying. And we also found a chicken nugget in our food just for a little context I’m Muslim and I can’t ear the chicken from there unless it is halal so I panicked. Other than that there food tastes good and their fries are amazing they have a nice small kick to them overall decent place.

Often out of things. Staff sound bothered when taking your order. Food tastes good but knowing you have deal with rudeness makes the trip not worth coming. I’d recommend coming early. Slightly nicer staff during that time of day.

Food was good, but was leary to eat after using restroom on site. Garbage bag over the urinal, no lighting in stall and stack of napkins for toilet paper. Hand dryer barely working as well.

This is the 2nd time I order chocolate beignets and I receive 2 damn apple pies. If you are no longer selling the beignets, remove them from the menu. The order clearly says 12 chocolate beignets. Instead of replacing it, maybe try contacting the customer and let them decide whether or not they want a replacement or just don’t include it. Thank you!

On a road trip with my pups and one of them loves fried chicken. We decided to stop here to get her some fried chicken in a little for me to. I ordered the red bean and rice And the mashed potatoes to go along with my three-piece dark meat spicy fried Chicken. The chicken was temperature hot and the skin was so crispy. The red beans and rice was pretty good and so was the mashed potatoes. The lady at the drive-thru was very professional and polite. I stopped inside to use the restroom and the ladies room did not smell fresh but it appeared to be clean. Maybe just need some air circulation in there. what’s interesting is on my way out of the restaurant I noticed they had a Japanese lucky cat statue a large one on the counter that was interesting. I wonder if this franchise is owned by an Asian person or family. I I love cute versions of the lucky cats and have several myself. It was nice to see it and it just caught my eyes. I would come back again if I happened to be driving by and I hope that they will fix the air circulation in the ladies room.

So slow. The whole staff ignores you when you walk in. Nobody greets you or wants to take your order. The customer service is just terrible. No surprise though, this is how most Popeyes are around Frederick.
