Legitimate Mexican tacos! You know you are having a great taco when the tortilla has been heated in a little oil and the cook made your meat to order. Other places heat up premade meat, not here. Gracias!

The food is cooked in sight when you order, always fresh and delicious. They will give you lots of delicious salsas with your order. There’s very limited indoor counter seating, so I recommend getting take out. I only wish they were open later in the evening!

Been to Valerie’s Taqueria twice now. Very fresh and delicious sopes and tacos. Friendly employees too. Small counter seating only, clean, but definately worth the stop.

Great authentic Mexican food. My dad has travelled to central Medical many times for work and said that Valerie’s al pastor taco was very similar to what he had in Mexico. We also enjoyed the pollo (chicken) tacos, asada (beef) tacos, vegetarian tacos and the pollo (chicken) tostada.
