Light on the cheese, heavy on the pep . Greasy. Crispy. Couldn’t eat there, so took it up to creekside to eat. Heavy pepperoni isn’t my thing, but I bet I could ask for light pep. It’s ok, but not quite the flavor I look for in pizza

Guy on phone sounded annoyed at my girlfriend bc we were placing an order at 915 when they close at 1030… and adjusted our order on what was left over from earlier… I’ll spend my money elsewhere in my nice town like Gahanna. Hire people who know about customer service and enjoy there job vs guys trying to leave work early while ruining sales….. that’s my advice toward this establishment.

Was really looking forward to having Katie’s pizza again after many years. Received my pizza (what I felt was) brunt. Called back for a redo, offered to send pictures of the burnt pizza. They declined the photos and any kind of compensation because they “know” it wasn’t burnt. Ill stick with Anges, Donatos or Bellacinos

Let’s talk about a fantastic pizza. Was in town for a quick trip in. Saw this beauty hiding in the back of a plaza. Went with a personal pizza, 3 toppings. 15 minutes i was in and out with a drink and personal pizza for only $9.00. Talk about a fantastic, hot, delicious pie. I’m blown away. To be fair the pizza looked so good I forgot to take a picture. But please, don’t sleep on this place and don’t just take my word for it. Try it out yourself!

The pizza was very very good love the sauce and the crust and the beef topping is the best I’ve had at on a pizza. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars is because I don’t eat pork so any pizza place i visit without beef pepperoni or a turkey product gets less than 5 stars. I need pizza places to step up for us nonpork eaters☺ great customer service as well wish I lived closer cuz they would be a regular.

I wanted to thank Katie’s Pizza for always being positive and friendly when we call in. There are times that the company I work has placed and order for 8-10 pizzas last minute and Katie’s doesn’t complain. We have a large chain pizza place right by us and they will say we need 3-4 hour notice. Katie’s is quick and is always willing to fit us in. Thank you! We will definitely order from you again.

My husband and I ordered from Katie’s for the first time Tuesday. It is the best pizza in town. The people at the store and the delivery driver were super nice. The pizza was amazing and the toppings were so plentiful, they made another piece of pizza. I would highly recommend Katie’s for the best pizza around.

The pizza was good. The service not so much. We are from out of town. I walked in placed my order, payed, and the employeestarted walking away. I had to ask how long it would take. We left and came back. I walked in and up to the counter. The girl saw me grabbed my food, put it on the counter(started to walk away) and said nothing. I said thank you…nothing. I said bye…nothing. Rude counter person.
