Hardly ever visit Carl’s Jr but I came to this one this morning and I am beyond pleased ! The manager is friendly! Staff is actually nice ! I don’t have to wait for my food on the side like McDonald’s has been doing lately. It’s a breath of fresh air to have friendly staff at a fast food place. 5 stars but they deserve 10!

I went during my lunch Friday 05/19. Chose to do drive through and placed my order, I went back yo work, since I was hungry I started with the fries on my way there. When I got there, parked and opened the burger wrapping. I TOTALLY got the wrong hamburger. I was so not happy. So I decided to go back and told the lead in charge what had happen. She was so rude when I said. I’ve lost my lunch and I don’t have time to wait for another burger. She very snooty replayed, there is nothing we can do about it. Horrible experience at this location. They had us order something to use the restroom and we did. We got 2 shakes and 1 order of fries. She gave me the code and it was not correct. I asked her 4 times for the code and she said I locked it out. That she couldn’t do anything about it. She said there was nothing she can do and I couldn’t use the restroom. That was the whole point of us coming there and we even purchased something because she asked us to. Never coming here again. I’ve never dealt with such incompetence. Horrible service. This shouldn’t happen at a place that requires you to purchase something to use the restroom. Get a back up key if your keypad is not working. This needs to change. I am very upset.
