The food as always was fantastic. The restaurant however…yikes. We had to decide which table was the least dirty, and we picked the one with the least trash and still had to wipe it down. Multiple groups came in after us and had to clean their own tables as well.

I like Noodles & Company I always order there Wisconsin mac and cheese used to be able to put ham in it now you can like parmesan crusted chicken which isn’t bad. I tried a lot of their dishes and they’re not bad some of them I didn’t really care for but some of them are like the bomb and if you’re hungry it’s fast pretty much nutritious but check them out

Food is usually good, however the service the last few times has been horrible. Employees made us leave because we filled up our water bottles with water after they refused to give us water cups. The time before my oder was wrong and they refused to remake it or give me a refund. Outside of those incidents the staff is generally rude and unprofessional. Don’t plan on going back and wouldn’t recommend any one else to go either.

Noodles come with little sauce so I ask for more and they say ” that will cost you $1.08″. Appalled but I still pay and this is what I get. Could you at least give me a bowl with more than 25% sauce in it if you are going to charge me extra. :(. Other locations like fort Collins are super great. Not this one.

We placed an order in the middle of a rush told we would have 30 minute wait which was fine until over an hour later we were still waiting. Some of our food was cold showing that our food was not made at the same time and had been sitting out on the counter for an extended period of time.. I also was given the wrong type of noodle without being asked which could end up poorly if I had a gluten allergy. The food was also missing its vegetables. The staff was incredibly unorganized and some of them were not kind considering the poor experience they knew they were giving. Overall, I’d say it’s more worth it to go to a different Noodles location.
