We had a great experience. The service and food were superb! The fried calamari was one of the best we ever had (and we get it everywhere we go). I had the seared scallops and they were phenomenal (melted in my mouth)! A unique menu to please everyone! The drinks were amazing as well! Also, don’t leave without ordering the canolli stuffed zepoles for desert!

A very good but not spectacular experience. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The food was very good. The drinks were good, we had a Spicy Pineapple Fuzz and a Classic Margarita. I had the Gorgonzola and Pear Pizza and a side Caesar salad and my girlfriend had Grilled Shrimp over salad. All very good. The vibe is cool. They had nice music playing and an outstanding bar, very modern. The issue might just be the location? I hope they do well, they deserve to. Maybe a more lively and vibrant outside bar and food service? They have a nice front patio. Close it in with a wall and get some heaters. You would get a nice crowd there. Tell ’em Barsnobs sent ya!

I recently visited Barona Bay restaurant and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The level of service provided was absolutely awful. We had to repeatedly ask for bread, not once, not twice, but three times before it finally made its way to our table. The waitress mentioned that they might have run out of bread. However, a few minutes later, the bread appeared. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed, and even the management seemed flustered, aimlessly pacing around the restaurant. It was evident that they were ill-prepared to handle the number of customers present.

We had brunch for Father’s day. Our food was delicious! I had avocado toast with eggs, perfect! My husband had an omelet and loved it! My father in law had brisket and eggs! That was huge! He loved it also! Our waiter was great! Very friendly! Cute little place!!

My ribs were burnt, dry and barely edible. My wife’s fish didn’t taste fresh and was a bad cut. We were excited to taste the new menu since having our baby and we’re wholly disappointed. The only bright spark was the good service but did wish they tried to solve the problem of the food when told about it.

5 stars does not do the Barona Bay restaurant justice. Every dish we had (party of 6) received rave reviews from our party. Don’t miss the zeppole cannoli for desert. The Service was personal and phenomenal and the atmosphere were awesome.
