If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Pizza was supposed to take 20-30 minutes but instead took 2 hours (and counting), I have called 3 times now to speak with management and have been transferred/held for 30 minutes each time. Unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. You’re better off NEVER ordering from here and ordering from somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I placed an online order on 04/16, manager called me couple of minutes after and told me that they have no delivery drivers, I asked if I could pick it up and she said sure come in next 20 minutes. So I went to the store and to my surprise, store was closed. I’ve been trying to call them for last 2 days to get a refund but nobody ever picks up the phone. Thank you for 0 customer service and for literally robbing me. Enjoy my 27$, I hope it was worthy losing a years long customer over it.

Do not order from here they will cancel your order if they feel like it .You will be waiting hours and hours and your money will be deducted out of your account.Good luck waiting a week for that refund.Very unprofessional when you drive up and ask what happened to your order , not caring the hours your were waiting on it …they will act like it’s not there problem it was just canceled… I’ve ordered here many many times before and tipped very well may I add!!! but today this really let me down as a repeat customer and I did contact Corporate.Extremely Unprofessional! Says open till 12 am. I’m so close to store. Placed order for delivers about 11:38 to 11:40. Was a simple pasta dish. Order went through. Tracking said preparing. Few min later said order cxl. Why does it say open till 12am. Do not see anywhere that says delivery ends at such n such time. Seems lazy person didn’t want to make. Hell they could have dropped it off on way home. These restraints suck. They higher lazy ppl who only work for money. They chose to work there. No one forced them. DO YOUR JOB ACCORDING TO COMPANY GUIDELINES. When I worked in retail we closed at 10pm. If person walked in one min before they were ok. Said this happens. Dominoes just ain’t the same. One on Oakland park Blvd is just as bad. Tbey do not answer. Ordered lunch at 1pm the guy delivered it at 430 as I was leaving for day. They sure don’t answer. I’ll drive to Annie’s Pizza in Margate. Real food n ppl.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Ordered a pan pizza and instead of getting a fully cooked crisp crust, I get a mushy pile of cheese. Called the store (9-16-21 at 6:35 pm) and the man answering the phone said to bring the pizza back in so they can make a new one or that I get a credit for the pile of mush I got. I ordered delivery so I expect to receive my pizza fully cooked and ready to eat not to have to go to the store and wait for a replacement pizza especially during a pandemic where I am uncomfortable leaving my house. He refused to send a replacement pizza in return for the sorry excuse they sent me. I asked why the pizza was not cooked properly and he replied smugly that “it is” (let the pictures be the judge of his professionalism). Never ever will I order from Domino’s again. Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, and local joints from here on out.

Ordered from this location twice. First time pizza was folded on top of itself and undercooked. A pile of inedible stuff. I figured I’ll give them one more shot. Ordered 3 pizzas. Mistake. Never received them. Called the store for two days. Phone not picked up. Finally get an answer and get put on hold for 30 min. Then hung up on. $50 plus tip. Gone. Spend your money somewhere else.
