Food is very good! If you have never tried it is a must. Will absolutely love the Scooby snacks ( my favorite ) along with the slamwhiches. My wife really loves the thin crust. The new cauliflower crust is also something to be raved about. They have several locations in the Des Moines area, Ankeny is by far my favorite. And can’t forget about the amazing garlic butter breadsticks! Staff is friendly and the managers always been willing to help correct anything that was wrong, very seldom that has been an issue. Always on time and food is always been hot. We have eaten here many times and will many times more. Thank you northern lights team for the great food!

The pizza and service are great. Always have good deals. Really like the large specialty and large 1-topping for $28. They have a 6-cheese specialty with a parmesian crust that is amazing. The store itself is not very roomy, and if there were more than several customers, it would get crowded really fast. Delivery usually takes an hour, and there is a $4 delivery fee.

We accidentally put the wrong hotel room number. The Driver went out of his way to get the right number for the room. Kudos to a polite and courteous delivery. Someone called me from the restaurant and left a very rude unprofessional voicemail because they couldn’t find the room before hand. Pizza crust tasted like cardboard. We ate one piece of the entire pizza. Wings were ok. Not worth 30 bucks not including the tip. Save your money and go to a cheaper better more polite place
