Range
I pick up delivery orders from this location every once in a while. The employees move extremely slow and take a long time to prepare the food. This is unacceptable. I do not have this issue at any of the other Cafe Rio locations. Please ensure the older white gentlemen who works the delivery orders improves his pace. He moves with zero urgency while customers are waiting in the lobby.

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here so will not be returning. Additional coaching on speed and quality are never a bad thing and much needed. Also they are constantly running out of ingredients and losing track of online order.

If I could give it NO stars, I would. I felt like we were interrupting Alvin that “took” our order. It was terrible, cold soup, didn’t get the whole order. Put our order on a dirty tray-with lettuce and sour cream slopped along the side. He wasn’t impressed when I asked for a clean tray. He was rude and very unprofessional. The dining room was dirty. I love Cafe Rio, but not this one. We, for sure, will not be back!

We love Cafe Rio. Mike made this one particularly great. He was so personable and made time to engage with us. He is very funny and made our experience awesome. We dined in and he had great conversation with every person in line while we were there. When the line emptied, he came to our table and checked on us. What a superstar! Thank you, Mike!
