We’ve been here twice. The last time me and my husband and 2 kids were here it was almost $80!!!!! We each bit a bowl and a drink. Insane! The food was good but we ordered the regular size (I think. It’s the size next to the biggest) each time.

The food was good. I ordered early knowing opening day and it would be better to schedule and order. I scheduled the pickup for 730. I went in at 720 expecting to wait. The food was ready, but it had been sitting since 630 according to the kitchen reciept.

I ordered a regular chicken bowl combo. Was a little under $17 all together. I got the noddles and veggies and honestly I thought the noodles weren’t that great, they were okay, but I think I’d go with the rice or extra veggies. Also came with an egg roll and that was good. If I come back I’d get a small bowl.

This was my first time going to this newer fast-food chain. Walking in there was a bit of a line, however, the staff managed to get through to us in less than 10 minutes. The order taker was nice and answered all our questions and even recommended the spicy teriyaki bowl. The manager seemed to be the one serving the food and he did a outstanding job at making sure tables were clean and asking how the food was as well as getting our orders correct. As for cleanliness they were also above what I expected. The floors, the bathrooms, the tables, and the drink area were very clean. Overall, the experience was great. I didn’t know what to expect going in but these guys never failed to delivery delicious food with a passionate crew.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered here in 2 months and both times I had a hair in my food. The first time I let them know and the brought me a replacement since I had it Door Dashed. They told me they would correct the issue but I ordered tonight and there was another blonde hair in my food. This is just gross and unacceptable. I had to spit it out since it was hidden in the rice. Highly disappointment they don’t make their employees wear hair nets since this has happened multiple times. I called the corporate office tonight because obviously this location has failed to resolve the issue. This has happened twice in both my recent orders. Not only this but they also did not provide plastic wear nor sauce for the egg roll. As a local guide with 400k views I love to give good ratings but they need to get it together at this location because these issues will drive the place out of business. Food is pretty good. The only reason they received a 4 star instead of 5 is because when we ordered online is said it would be done in 16 minutes (by 8:23 pm). We arrived after 8:30pm and still had to wait on our order.

I ordered take out. The portion was def enough for 1 person prob could’ve fed 3. Employees super nice! The menu prices aren’t too bad considering everything else has sky rocketed too. I will def be back!

I tried to visit on opening day but it was chaos, madness if you will, so I went back today on day 2 for lunch and had a good experience. It was still busy but nothing like the dinner rush the first day. The cashier was friendly and walked around asking to get things for dine in customers if needed in-between people walking through the door. We waited about 25 minutes for two regular sized chicken teriyaki bowls but it was worth it. Fresh ingredients that were fresh off the grill. The regular size bowl is a pretty big portion and I ended up having some leftovers to take home. The teriyaki sauce they use is really flavorful and enhanced the entire dish, and allegedly they make all their sauces in house.

So far, after my 2nd attempt at eating here, I can only give them 4 stars. Mainly because the insane wait times do not reflect the quality of food. That is not to say that the food is bad or of poor quality by any means. My first visit resulted in walking away empty handed because there was an one and half hour wait to sit down. Understandable, the place isn’t very big so no worries. Next time.

We (me and my two kids) got there around 7pm. There were chairs on almost all the tables as if they were going to close, and the tables without chairs were dirty. We ordered 6 crab Rangoons and edamame with our bowls. They gave me rice in my bowl when i ordered noodles. At first they forgot to give us the edamame but gave it to us quickly after our other food. They also forgot to give us the Rangoons so I went to the counter to ask about it and they only gave me 4 when I ordered six.There was also a woman who walked in shortley after we arived who recieved a refund because she was still waiting by the time we were done. Overall it was too expensive.
