If o could give this Dunkin 0 stars, I would! This is by far the WORST Dunkin in Broome County. The customer service is horrible, they NEVER get their orders right and you wait FOREVER to get it! I just ordered 2 everything bagels with extra cream cheese, paid $10, waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order which they handed out to someone else in the store and then had to wait another 10 minutes just to end up with 2 bagels with nothing on them. Save your money, this place is a waste of time!

They were so incredibly rude. I waited half an hour, so I asked for my receipt to give feedback. I was told they were understaffed and I said understandable.. can I have my receipt? She shut the window on me while I was still speaking and walked away. There were also at least 5 people behind the counter in a Mirabito gas station Dunkin with maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. So I have no idea what they were doing back there. There was one person making drinks and I saw her throw out two and start again after leaving them on the counter for give minutes. I’m so confused and infuriated by this entire interaction. Never returning to this Dunkin, and I hope the team receives verbal warnings about their behavior. (This all happened between 8:40-9:10 on the 14th of May for the record.)

Very rude employees! Bad when customers have to d-escalate rude employees that can’t handle their workload. Having someone sit at the drive thru intercom for over 10 minutes and have the nerve to have an attitude. Need better staff. Drinks always good. STAFF on the other hand. Not so much. Today I went inside to order instead of drive through. Never again. The girl behind the counter was on her phone the entire time on a phone call swearing and cussing with the most foul mouth I’ve ever heard. We were waiting for her to put the phone down to take our order & she never did. She got the girl next to her to take our order finally. Then the girl was still on the phone swearing with whoever she was talking to. She made my food after 7 minutes. Then when giving it to me she didn’t even look at me and just stuck her arm out with the order and walked away.

Stopped going to this location after they made so many mistakes and the staff is not only super slow but they have horrible attitudes. Staff needs serious retraining and I’m happy I’m not giving them my money anymore. Overpriced because by the time you get hot drinks they’re cold, food is cold or missing items (ordered a bacon sandwich once with NO bacon and had to ask for it to be added), and the service is below sub par. Avoid at all costs.

Used to come here all the time. Staff was friendly, hot food hot coffee. The past couple of visits I kept giving them chances. Food was always either almost frozen or ice cold in the middle. Today my sandwiches were cold and a slice of ice cold cheese was added to both sandwiches. I can say I doubt I’ll be back to this location again.
