If you’re looking for good, reasonably priced sushi this is definitely the place to be. Never have to wait. The sushi is always flavorful. This place is straight up reliable. We come here at least once a month.

We absolutely love coming to The Sushi. They have the best spring rolls, and we always get two orders for our table. We just really love all their food, and the employees make the experience there so nice!

Perhaps the best sushi in Utah. We loved (from top to bottom) the Playboy roll, Spicy Girl, Happy Utah, and a Smokey roll (on the right).

POSITIVES: Don’t let the name fool you, this place is chock full of options besides sushi. Whether it’s curry, rice, noodles, teriyaki chicken, a bento box, or a variety of ramen, this place offers lots of satisfying options. The appetizers are equally tempting : edamame, calamari, gyoza, takoyaki, etc.

I don’t want to let the word out, but this is the best sushi stop. The service is wonderful, quick, personable, and on point. The food is delicious and is consistently made with lots of flourish and additions that make it exquisite. We are always seated right away and feel welcomed. Best staff!

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience like some of the other reviews that initially made us interested.

Decent sushi for a reasonable price. We stop in every once in a while because they do have a few interesting rolls that are fun to try. Most of the rolls are in the $9-16 range, but they do buy one get one 50% off so that helps a little. Plan on $10-12 per roll. I would recommend coming here if you’re tired of your regular sushi place and want to try something different once. Overall, there are better and cheaper sushi places out there, so this wouldn’t be my main go to place.

Been here a few times and it has never disappointed. Our 6th grade son loves this place. I’m not a fan of sushi, but they have other traditional Japanese dishes. I like to get the teriyaki chicken on noodles. This last time we tried the mussels and really enjoyed them. If you enjoy sushi and Japanese food, you won’t be disappointed with this little cafe.

The food was absolutely delicious. Definetly will be returning. The place also has a nice charm to it. Service was a little slow for the amount of people in there, although I don’t known full staffing situation. Food came out in a timely manner after our order was taken. However never really saw our waitress until we were nearly done eating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The waitress was very friendly. We got the nabeyaki udon and 6 rolls for 5 people (including 3 kids who live sushi). The only mistake we made was ordering 2 cheap rolls at the end of the meal. We didn’t realize that the buy-one-get-one-50% off would end up applying to the cheapest rolls. Makes sense but we screwed ourselves out of a lot of 50% by ordering the 5$ rolls. Oh well. Otherwise quality was great, taste was great and decor and ambiance were nice.
