15 years ago I pulled up to the drive through on a Sunday morning at this Arby’s. No one responded when i was waiting by the menu so i drove up to the window and saw the worker leaning back on the counter with his headset off sitting on the corner behind him. His pants were unzipped and he was stroking wood like he was trying to stay a fire. For a brief moment we made eye contact and he quickly pulled his pants up and i panickedly sped off and never returned. Immediately after this incident i would order from Wendy’s value menu and pull the tomatoes off my burger and slap them on the Arby’s windows. Eventually the man i caught stopped working at this location and i felt comfortable to visit again.

I ordered from their app to get a discount while at this location, over 45 minutes went by without a single employee asking if I needed anything or even acknowledged me. Finally I asked when my order would be ready and they said “what order” Turns out when I selected location nearest me in the app it decided to choose a location a half hour away. So I politely asked if they could just make it there. The worker said no and “you’ll have to figure it out yourself” it’s been over a week I still don’t have my money back or my meal and I’ve called in 3 times and filed 2 complaints. I’ve never met such lazy employees at any other fast food service in my life. I highly recommend to go to any other Arby’s or better yet, go to Freddy’s…

The food was beyond amazing. I cant say anything bad about the food. It is the best Arby’s we have tasted. My only complaint is that the guy that took our order. After we ordered and sat down to wait for our food, the guy just stood at the front counter and stared at us pretty much the whole time we were there except for when he came into lobby and paced back and forth past us. He made us feel so uncomforable.

Food is always hot. Usually a short wait to get your food, but it never disappoints if your in the mood for Arby’s. Only downside is getting back onto the main roads once you stop. Traffic is a pain.

I consistently come here because the food is excellent. It’s always been hot. All in all I would say this is probably the best fast food chain around in the area. A lot of the other ones let go their quality they raised their prices and expect people to just go along with paying that you guys did increase your prices but it was a reasonable increase. I understand the times and the cost of things have been going up, but I will definitely be eating here multiple times in the future. Kudos to the managers team members and owner. Don’t let this one go
