You can always tell when one lady is running kitchen that morning, none of the food is marked and it’s always cold, lukewarm at best. The look on her face clearly states she has no desire to be the and the times I’ve interacted with her at the counter were the complete opposite of the kind of service we usually get at this Casey’s. Hopefully they realize they’re only as strong as their weakest link and she’s definitely that, there’s nothing enjoyable about the visit when she’s working.

Ordered one pizza, 2 breadsticks, and one chicken wing at 1:30 in the afternoon. Put on the order that I would pick up the order at 4:30 on. Went in and the order wasn’t even started. 8 Casey’s employees were all standing around doing nothing. I got stuck leaving without my order and the money I spent on it. This is the second time now I’ve lost money buying stuff at Casey’s. You lost a loyal customer today. Hope it was worth it.

Very poor customer service, I dont know the ladys name with the glasses but every time I go in there she is slow and rude. On one occasion she seen several customers walk in but the yellow bellied sap sucker still proceeded to go in the bathroom to clean it after about 5 mins of waiting in line a person I say person cuz I dont know if it was a male or female from the pizza side went to get the worker from the restroom and I still waited another 2-3 mins for her to come to the register. She never apologized for the wait or said anything and was still rude, the freakin nerve of her. So in a nutshell its a very poorly cleaned place with lazy rude workers. Plus the pizza is greasy
